Q1. How do I return the item purchased on Spotsmandeal?

You can place your return request online if you want to return the item or send us an email at customercare@sportsmandeal.com. Please follow the steps below.

  1. A. Create a return request

– Go to my orders

– Click return to open the return request form

-Select replacement, refund or cash back.

  1. B. The item you want to return will be picked up from your doorstep.
  2. C. Once the seller receives the item, a replacement or refund will be issued as requested.

Q2. What is Spotsmandeal return policy?

You may return the item within 10 days from the date of delivery. A complete refund, exchange or cash back will be provided at the earliest. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Q3. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for the partial order.

Q4. When will I get the refund of a returned item?

A refund will be initiated as soon as the seller gets the item back. The refund will show up into your account within 5-7 days.

Q5. I have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
